Everything Buyers Ask First
If your question isn't here, email us — we reply within one business day.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ for prototypes — we start from 1 board. Small-batch production starts at 5–10 pieces, and mass production from 100 pieces. For your exact quantity we will confirm MOQ in the quote.
What are your typical lead times?
Prototypes: 1–3 working days. Small batch: 3–5 working days. Mass production: 7–15 working days, depending on stack-up and component availability. Component lead for hard-to-find parts may add 2–6 weeks — we confirm stock before you commit.
Do you offer turnkey (full-service) assembly?
Yes. Turnkey means we source all components, assemble and test the boards — you send GERBER + BOM + firmware and receive finished, tested PCBA. We also handle box build and conformal coating in-house.
What files do I need for a quote?
For assembly: BOM (bill of materials) and centroid/position file (XY). If we also manufacture the bare PCB, include the GERBER files and stack-up. A PCBA / placement drawing helps us verify. Missing files? We will tell you exactly what's needed within one business day.
What certifications does your factory hold?
We build to IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards. Sample badges shown on this site (ISO 9001, RoHS, UL, etc.) are placeholders for layout — please ask us to confirm which certificates are currently on file.
What payment terms and INCOTERMS do you accept?
Prototype orders: PayPal or T/T. Production orders: T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment, or letter of credit for long-term accounts. Standard INCOTERMS is FOB Shenzhen; EXW, CIF and DAP available on request. [PLACEHOLDER]
How fast will I get a quote?
Within 24 hours on working days. Quotes include unit price, lead time, MOQ and a DFM review summary of any manufacturing concerns in your files.
Can you source hard-to-find or long-lead components?
Yes. Our sourcing team buys against your BOM from a global supplier network and multi-sources critical parts. For scarce components we check stock and give you a realistic lead time before you place the order.
Do you sign NDAs and protect my IP?
Yes. We sign NDAs before receiving any files, keep designs in restricted-access systems, and wipe/sanitize data per agreement when a project ends. Tell us your requirement — standard NDA, non-circumvention, or specific data handling.
Can you provide quality reports and test data?
Every production batch ships with inspection reports (AOI/ICT/FCT), a certificate of conformance and first-pass yield summary. Request specific test data at ordering — we archive MES data for 10 years.
Do you make samples before mass production?
Always. We build and fully test a prototype first, get your approval, then move to volume. Sample lead time is 1–3 working days, and sample cost is credited toward production.
What happens if boards fail inspection after delivery?
We stand behind every shipment. If a defect is traced to our process, we repair or replace at our cost. Send photos, failure analysis data and batch number — we provide a returned-goods analysis within 5 working days.
How do you ship internationally?
Small batches go DHL / FedEx / UPS (3–5 days door-to-door with tracking). Volume orders ship by air or sea freight. We provide export documents, certificate of origin and correct HS codes on every invoice. [PLACEHOLDER]
